3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the content removed or disabled was not infringing, or you have the right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district in which your service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating access to the Site for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
